Turners & Growers has a distinguished history stretching back to 1897 and is recognised as New Zealand's leading distributor, marketer and exporter of ENZA premium fresh produce.
With a network of over 41,000 m² of storage facilities, a global distribution network covering sales, marketing, and logistics, and a passionate, experienced team, we are intent on ensuring the produce our customers receive - whether they are in New Zealand or New York – is as good as the day it was harvested.
Turners & Growers has embarked on a strategy of becoming more vertically integrated, allowing us to manage all elements of the supply chain. The improved insights and controls in the production process resulting from this is leading to higher quality fruit and ensures a secure supply base. ENZA INTERNATIONAL
With strong global customer relationships and a remarkable history of innovation, ENZA International has an office or strategic partner located in all key markets - North America, Continental Europe, United Kingdom and Asia - and exports to over 50 countries. ENZA International has a long history and experience in exporting high quality produce and have led the world with many innovations including our new apples - Jazz, Envy, and Pacific Rose - as well as our kiwifruit, ENZAgreen, ENZAgold and ENZAred.
ENZA International exports over 30 apple varieties, including Braeburn, Royal Gala and Fuji, 16 varieties of pear and 3 varieties of Asian pear. Our track and trace capability gives customers the assurance we can identify the orchard of origin of every carton. We are committed to fruit quality and are leaders of global food safety standards. This ENZA International side of our business is grounded by the strong heritage of Turners & Growers export activity and the evolution of Delica Ltd.
DELICA LTD
Formed March 2007. Delica Ltd incorporates the Delica Group, Turners & Growers worldwide diversified export business (excluding the Pacific Island market) and ENZA International’s Asian pipfruit export business. Delica Ltd represents the largest diversified produce exporter in Australasia, shipping a wide range of fruit and vegetables from Australia, New Zealand and South America. The company's main products include pipfruit, grapes, stonefruit, asparagus, berryfruit, persimmons and citrus.
TURNERS TRANSPORT
Our specialist produce transport provider within New Zealand. Our new generation Swiss Liner trucks allow for rear or side loading and feature multiple temperature controlled zones to ensure that their cargo of produce always arrives in the optimum condition.
FLORAMAX
The major player in the New Zealand flower industry – with nationwide coverage and auction houses in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. It also imports a large range of tropical floral products.
THE FRUIT CASE COMPANY
The market leader in the supply of clean, high quality packaging equipment to the produce industry, including a range of plastic crates, wooden bins, and pallets.
ENZA FOODS
A highly innovative manufacturer and international marketer of processed fruit and vegetable products, including juice concentrates, fruit aromas and solid fruit products. Wholly-owned subsidiary Fruitmark trades a wide range of processed horticultural products in the Australian food industry.
STATUS PRODUCE LTD
A major New Zealand producer of tomatoes, cucumbers, and other covered crops. Status operates substantial glasshouse facilities and packs and markets all its own produce, as well as that of many New Zealand growers.
KAPIRO ORCHARD
One of the largest mandarin and kiwifruit orchards in New Zealand. The 122ha orchard produces in excess of 1,000 metric tonnes of mandarins and 200,000 trays of kiwifruit, annually.

Jazz™
This exciting new apple from ENZA is one of the newest sensations to hit the apple scene and is taking the world by storm. It's bold sweet-tart flavour, crisp texture and easy on the eye appearance are a credit to both it's parents; the juicy, sweet Royal Gala and firm, tart Braeburn (also both ENZA originals). The Jazz™ experience is best described as an initial sweet Gala rush, which quickly transitions to an effervescent fusion of tangy sweetness - this is an apple with bite. The Jazz™ apple is grown for ENZA in New Zealand, Australia, North America, South America, Europe and the UK.
Envy™
The latest addition to the ENZA stable, Envy™ is a large, attractive, bi-coloured apple with a sweet flavour and firm, crunchy flesh. Developed in NZ, Envy™ is another ENZA exclusive. Initial taste trials already indicate this apple will be a huge hit, particular in Asia and North America where consumers love a sweet and crunchy apple.
BONITA
For more than 35 years, we've brought Bonita bananas to New Zealand.
To Turners & Growers, and many New Zealanders, Bonita means bananas.
KING KIWI
The King Kiwi brand was developed for Kiwifruit in 1959. The brand is also used for exporting onions, squash, berries, melons, asparagus and citrus.
BEEKIST
The Rolls Royce of tomatoes. Beekist are grown with tender care, naturally pollinated by bees and then carefully picked, packed and rushed to market.
