We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Co-ordinator to join our Management team at ENZA, Whakatu. The key focus of this role will be to manage, plan and co-ordinate all aspects of production for EnzaPak and the Coolstores based on site at ENZA, Whakatu.

ENZA is committed to providing a quality service to our suppliers, from submission of fruit, coolstorage and packing operations, looking to maximize growers’ returns with ongoing domestic programs outside of the export season. To this end a strong customer focus is necessary.
An understanding of quality management and the flexibility to work additional hours throughout the apple harvest season is essential, along with strong organisational skills, and knowledge of the fruit industry would be an advantage. Responsibilities will also include assisting with the training and supervision of seasonal staff.
The successful applicant will bring the following attributes to our company;
• Previous experience in a production environment (either in a pack-house or industrial plant operation) - preferably pipfruit based
• An understanding and appreciation of the challenges faced by growers
• Knowledge of quality standards and MAF requirements, along with strong administration skills
• A flexible “can-do’ attitude and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Clear and logical problem solving skills
