Turners & Growers is New Zealand’s leading marketer and distributor of fresh fruit and vegetables and we are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and articulate person to join our procurement team based in Hastings as a Sales Cadet.
The key focus will be to learn and develop all attributes of a successful Product Specialist. This includes processing and managing orders, assisting to procure our produce, providing top notch customer service, and supporting our team of Product Specialists.
This is a great entry level position for someone with a passion for procurement who wants to learn the ropes from an experienced procurement team.

This is a permanent, full time position with the hours of work typically being Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 3.30pm. However due to the perishable nature of the product we deal with, flexibility may be required with the hours of work, which may include weekend work.
While knowledge of the fresh produce industry would be a bonus, full training will be given to the successful applicant.
