We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join the Finance team. This is a challenging role with four analysts as your direct reports. Reporting to the CFO, you and your team are responsible for the management accounts, full analysis and reporting, forecasting and budgets, working in partnership with each business unit to maximise their business growth opportunities.
We are looking for someone willing to stand up and challenge the status quo, brave enough to try to continuously improve systems and streamline processes whilst fostering strong internal relationships. If you are a practical and decisive team player then this is the role for you!
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes
• Five years solid CA experience (qualification necessary)
• The ability to manage and motivate a team
• Two years minimum experience managing direct reports
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem solving experience
• High energy and drive to meet deadlines
• SAP experience would be an advantage
• A sense of humour
• Strong commercial acumen
• The ability to explain financial information to non-accountants
